About Bella Cuisine

Located just outside Fremont, Ohio, Bella Cuisine is a hands-on cooking studio where food, learning, and community come together. From pasta-making to pastry, our classes bring people of all skill levels into the kitchen to cook, learn, and share great meals.

Meet Tom and Linda

Tom studied Hotel and Restaurant Management at SUNY Delhi, earned his degree from the Culinary Institute of America, and trained in Italy at the Istituto Superiore di Gastronomia in Jesi. His experience blends classic technique with authentic Italian tradition.

Linda began with a BS in Elementary Education from Russell Sage Women’s College, then followed her passion for baking through the Baking & Pastry Comprehensive program at the Culinary Institute of America. Her background in education brings warmth and encouragement to every class.
